What is an Internet Entrepreneur? An Internet Entrepreneur is someone that engages in an opportunity that helps to shape the future of business by being an innovator. One who is able to recognize opportunity and administer resources to take advantage of the opportunities. A pioneer of new technologies and someone who is responsible for the ideas and processes to develop and implement large projects that will inevitably shape the future of their market place. The projects that are shaping our everyday experiences are ones dreamed up and guided by Internet Entrepreneurs.

The source of wealth, the source of prosperity … is the Internet Entrepreneur.

Realize that when the Entrepreneur wins, we all win. The Internet Entrepreneur drives our global economy.

They are the mavericks, the risk takers, the innovators, and the maker of dreams. The Internet Entrepreneur is always finding new ways to succeed and generate wealth.

Entrepreneurs say “yes, if …” there are no rules, just ideas set in motion. they work in a fast paced positive environment of constant yet controlled chaos and creativity. Yet, Entrepreneurs are very disciplined although unconventional. Successful Entrepreneurs resist the temptation to do what is unimportant or the easiest but have the ability to think through to what is the most essential.

Bill Gates and Paul Allen epitomize entrepreneurialism at its best.

They dreamed of starting a company together. In 1974, on a trip to visit Gates, Allen picked up an issue of Popular Mechanics. On the cover was a picture of the Altier 8080 and the headline, “World’s First Micro-computer Kit to Rival Commercial Models.”

Gates and Allen called MITS, the makers of the Altair, and told them they had developed a programming code that could be used on the Altair 8080. That was a lie. They spent the next eight weeks with Gates writing code and Allen trying to simulate the Altair on the school’s computer. Allen took the software to MITS and entered it into the Altair. It worked flawlessly.

Microsoft was born.

As Gates and Allen prove, the power to believe in “yes i can…if” opens the gateway to success.

Think of the thrill you get when taking the plunge on a roller coaster. Getting out of your comfort zone and breaking free from the constraints of “business as usual” is essential. Playing it safe only stagnates your business’s growth and income potential. Bureaucrats and their bureaucracies can confine and constrain creativity and growth. Bureaucrats convince you that “you can’t, because…” You must follow their rules, their programs, their way in order to succeed. There is no independence, no thrill or rush, no sense of accomplishment, no business of your own. The Entrepreneur listens to suggestions, asks questions, gets ideas and fills the need. For the Entrepreneur, there is always a better way to conduct business and succeed. Change is the entrepreneurial’s friend.
